  • The use of trusted third party couriers ensure delivery to your door, with online parcel tracking to ensure transparency from the time your order leaves our premise up until confirmed delivery.
  • Once your order is dispatched you shall receive a mail with your Tracking Link, confirming The Courier and Tracking Reference.
  • A Flat Fee of R50.00 for delivery anywhere in South Africa is automatically included when completing checkout.

 


  • Locally sourced products are delivered to your door within 2-4 Working Days.
  • Imported products are delivered to your door within 15-21 Working Days.

 


  • Our Website is SSL verified ensuring your information is protected.
  • We do not share your details to any third parties, except the necessary information needed by our trusted couriers to complete delivery.
  • Online Payment is conducted by PayFast, a leading secured online payment platform, we do not have visibility to their redirect payment link.

 


  • Direct EFT - An email shall be sent after checkout confirming our FNB Account Details.
  • PayFast - A Secure Online Payment link enables you to process Debit Card and Credit Card payments in Real-Time.

 


  • We offer a 7 day refund policy if you are not completely satisfied with your order.
  • Products have to be in: 1) Original Packaging. 2) Unused Condition.

  • You have the option of a store credit, or refund via the same method of purchase, minus the courier collection charge.

 


  • You may only apply one promo code per checkout.
  • If we are running a special on the website where a discount is automatically applied and you try to redeem a promo code as well, the system will automatically apply the promotion of greater value/benefit to you.
